 Karangetang volcano is one of the most active volcanoes. This volcano is located on the island of Siau, Sitaro district, North Sulawesi province.
.called "Karangetang" Because this mountain is the highest mountain of several volcanoes in the vicinity. Karangetang is a local language which means "highest".
This mountain is a STRATO type volcano, because it is formed from layered igneous rocks and is conical to the sky. .with an altitude of 1827 meters above sea level.

In terms of culture, before the heavenly religions (Christianity and Islam) entered this island, the people at that time had animist beliefs. They knew three gods they believed in. The three gods were: 1..mawendo, the god who was believed or believed the people of Siau at that time controlled the ocean.

 Ingredients: Fish, Tomato, Onion, Chili, Coconut Oil. Orange, Gatam

Processing method:
